Installation paths for libgdx
We support three installation routes. Android users can download our APK directly from our website and install it on devices running Android 7 or later. iOS users access libgdx through Safari or Chrome as a progressive web app (PWA)—no App Store submission required, and you can add a home-screen shortcut for quick access. Web users on desktop or tablet can visit libgdx.net directly and use the responsive interface without any installation.
Each path uses the same backend. Your account, deposit history, withdrawal status, and entry records sync across all devices. If you log in on Android in the morning and switch to web in the afternoon, your balance and recent entries appear instantly. We encrypt all data in transit and at rest, so your payment information and identity documents remain protected regardless of which platform you use.

App versus browser on libgdx
Our native Android app offers offline caching—if your connection drops during a match, cached odds and your entry history remain visible so you can review positions without internet. The app also sends push notifications for live-score updates, settlement alerts, and withdrawal confirmations, keeping you informed even when you are not actively using libgdx. App performance is optimized for low-bandwidth scenarios; on 3G or weak WiFi, the app loads faster than the web version because it compresses data and reuses cached assets. The web version, by contrast, requires a live connection but works on any device with a browser and needs no installation. Choose the app if you value speed and offline resilience; choose the web version if you prefer simplicity and cross-device flexibility.
Device compatibility for libgdx
Our Android app requires Android 7.0 or later. Most devices sold in the past five years meet this requirement. Our iOS web app works on iOS 12 and later, covering iPhone 5s and newer. The web version runs on any modern browser—Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge—on desktop, tablet, or mobile. If your device is older than these thresholds, we recommend using the web version instead, which has minimal system requirements.
Troubleshooting common installation issues on libgdx
If Android installation fails with "Unknown sources" error, go to your device Settings, find Security or Apps, and enable "Install from unknown sources" or "Allow installation of apps from this source." This is a standard Android security feature and does not affect libgdx safety. If you see a certificate warning on iOS, this is normal for PWAs; tap "Allow" to proceed. If the app crashes on launch, clear your app cache (Settings → Apps → libgdx → Storage → Clear Cache) and restart. If you cannot log in after installation, verify your email address is correct and check your spam folder for our verification email. If deposits fail, confirm your payment method is active and your bank or e-wallet account has sufficient balance. Contact our support team via live chat if issues persist—we respond within standard service windows.
Data, permissions, and account security on libgdx
Our app requests only the permissions it needs: camera access (for ID photo capture during KYC), contacts (optional, for account recovery), and internet access. We do not access your photos, messages, or location without explicit consent. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Your password is hashed and never stored in plain text. Your payment information is tokenized—we do not store full card numbers or e-wallet credentials on your device. If you lose your phone, your libgdx account remains secure because login requires your email and password. You can remotely log out all sessions from your account settings, and we can help you recover access by verifying your identity through our support team.
We design libgdx for speed and security. Whether you are tracking Piala Indonesia standings or settling a live-dealer hand, your connection is encrypted and your account is protected.
